How to Order Items

Each item has a unique computer number (part number).  To order, place the quantity that you 
require in the box and click "Add to Shopping Cart".  The item(s) in the cart can 
be altered or deleted in the "View Shopping Cart" page when you are
ready to check out.  

Would you prefer to order via snail mail or fax?  Follow the links to the
Order Form Information and/or the Order Form that you can print out
and fax or mail to us.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards.  
WE DO NOT SHIP COD!!!

If you do not want to use a credit card, you can send a money order.

DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY ORDER UNTIL
AFTER WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU WITH
THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR YOUR ORDER

If you prefer to phone us with your credit card information, please note this 
in the "Comments" section of the checkout form.  You can then phone in your credit card number 
to our retail location during normal store hours (10am-6pm Monday-Friday and 
10am-5pm on Saturday).  Please understand that we are a busy retail location 
and may have to take down your telephone number
and return your phone call shortly afterwards.  

We do NOT accept PayPal payments. 

Secure Shopping Cart

We have carefully chosen our shopping cart program to allow you the greatest possible security for your sensitive credit card and personal information.  If you have any concerns at all about sending your order to us electronically, feel free to print out the shopping cart order form and send it to us via snail mail or fax.  Phone order are accepted, but we may have to phone you back if we are busy with in-store customers at the time that you call.  

Merchandise Returns

Most shipped items can be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of the receipt of your order.  Please phone or Email us for return instructions.  
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION. 

Please note that Animal Parts (leather, furs, etc), Stringing Materials (threads,
stringing wire, etc), and any cut items such as Sterling Silver Wire, Leather
Cord, etc., CANNOT be returned for credit or refund.  

"I Am a Minnesota Customer With a Resale Number"

Minnesota customers with resale numbers must have their resale information registered with us.  After you are registered, merely note your resale number (e.g. "MN1234567") in the "Comments" section of the checkout form to receive your items tax-free.  To receive information about registering your resale number with us, Email us. 

"I Am a Local Customer of Stormcloud Trading"

Local customers are welcome to order through our web site.  
Local orders are treated just like any other mail order and must be paid for in advance, 
however, they may be picked up to avoid shipping charges.  Handling fees (if applicable) will still be applied.  
Orders may be picked up three business days (72 hours) after the order has been placed.  
Any additional items chosen in-store cannot be added to the mail ordered items.
